- Digital Products & Online Services (Strict “No Refund” Policy)
- Scope of Digital Goods: This applies to all intangible, irrevocable digital assets, including online mock test series, digital magazines (e-PDFs), yearbooks, live or recorded video courses, and premium digital subscriptions.
- Final Sales: All purchases of digital courses and online test series made through our Website or Mobile Application are final. Once access is granted to the user dashboard or the digital content is unlocked, no cancellations will be processed, and no refunds will be issued.
- Verification Prior to Purchase: Since digital goods cannot be returned or revoked once consumed, users are highly encouraged to read course descriptions and attempt available free mock tests before initiating any financial transaction.
- Physical Products & Printed Materials (7-Day Replacement Policy)
If we offer, publish, or dispatch physical books, printed magazines, or hardcopy study materials directly to your shipping address, the following cancellation and replacement terms will strictly apply:
- Cancellation Timeline: If you wish to cancel an order placed for a physical book or printed material, you must submit a cancellation request within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing us at drikshofficial@gmail.com. Once the product has been dispatched or handed over to our logistics/courier partner, the order cannot be canceled.
- 7-Day Replacement Guarantee: We do not offer cash refunds for physical books. However, we provide a strict 7-Day Replacement Policy if the printed product delivered to you is:
- Damaged during transit.
- Missing pages or suffering from significant manufacturing printing defects.
- Entirely different from the item you ordered.
- Condition for Replacement: To claim a free replacement, you must notify our support team within 7 days of delivery. The physical book must be completely unused, unmarked, and in its original packaging condition.
- Technical Error & Double-Payment Resolutions
We review and process refund requests strictly under the following technical conditions:
- Duplicate Charges: If a user’s bank account, credit/debit card, or UPI wallet is debited twice for a single transaction due to a technical glitch or server timeout during checkout via our payment gateway (Razorpay), the excess amount will be refunded.
- Refund Credit Timeline: Upon verification of the duplicate payment, the additional amount will be reversed. The refund will be credited back to the original source account of the payment within 5 to 7 working days, subject to your banking institution’s standard cycle.
- Policy Abuse & Account Termination
- If a user profile is suspended, restricted, or permanently banned due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions—including content piracy, illegal sharing of premium test questions on external platforms (like Telegram or WhatsApp), or attempts to reverse-engineer the mobile app—all active subscriptions stand forfeited. No refunds or partial balances will be paid to users violating platform policies.
