Age Bracket: 18 Years to 24 Years (Calculated as on 30 June 2026 for UR/EWS).
Valid Age Proof: Sirf Class 10th (Matriculation) ka board certificate hi maanya hoga.
Age Relaxation: SC/ST ko +5 years, OBC (NCL) ko +3 years, aur PwBD ko +10 years ki chhoot milegi (as per Govt rules).
Application Fee: ₹0 (Absolutely Free). IOCL ne kisi bhi category ke liye koi fee nahi rakhi hai.
🎯 Direct Selection Process (No Written Exam)
Is recruitment mein koi written test ya interview nahi hoga. Selection poori tarah se merit (marks) par aadharit hai.
Merit Listing: NAPS/NATS portal par registered candidates ko unki qualification ke total marks (aggregate percentage) ke aadhar par rank kiya jayega. (Freshers/First-time applicants ko priority milegi).
Tie-Breaker Rule: Agar do candidates ke marks same hote hain, toh zyada umar (senior in age) wale ko upar rank milegi. Agar Date of Birth bhi same ho, toh Class 10th ke marks dekhe jayenge.
Document Verification (DV): Merit aur seats ke hisaab se candidates ko 11 se 18 August 2026 ke beech DV ke liye bulaya jayega. PwBD candidates ko unki merit aur category ke andar reserved seats par consider kiya jayega.
Medical Fitness: Final selection se pehle Apprentices Act ke standards ke mutabiq medical fitness clear karna zaroori hai.
Final Engagement: Jo candidates Document Verification aur Medical mein 100% clear honge, unhe offer letter issue kar diya jayega.
